Creditors' Committee for Catholic Diocese of Wilmington Appointed

The United States Trustee for Region Three announced the appointment of the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the Catholic Diocese of Wilmington, Inc. bankruptcy case on Thursday. The diocese filed for chapter 11 protection on October 18th in order to "provide the fairest possible treatment of all victims of sexual abuse by priests of [the] Diocese" according to a press release reporting the bankruptcy filing.
