The United States Trustee filed a notice announcing the appointment of an Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors for Capmark Financial Group Inc. and its affiliates yesterday. Capmark filed for bankruptcy protection in Delaware on October 25, 2009 (details on the company and the bankruptcy filing can be found in an earlier post).
